Managing Partner
Peter founded Lightning Capital in 2017 to help grow small family-run businesses. Since then Lightning Capital has shifted its focus to multifamily real estate. Now we provide busy professionals, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals the opportunity to earn double-digit returns through passive investments in apartment complexes. Prior to founding Lightning Capital, he worked in the Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse and as a Senior Associate leading business development at Revolution Capital Group. Peter manages all aspects of Lightning Capital’s operations including deal sourcing, due diligence, and operations.

Peter is also an avid traveller and photographer having traveled to over 50 countries and visiting 45 states before he turned 30. In his spare time, Peter loves to golf and fish, and he tries to get out on the water with his wife and two dogs any chance he gets.

Peter is a two-time graduate of Wake Forest University with a BS in Biology and an MS in Management from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
